A pivot in UK aid: Technical assistance and UK expertise as a catalyst for financing climate-resilient infrastructure

This programme case study summarises learning from the Green Cities, Infrastructure and Energy Programme (GCIEP) as a blueprint for mobilising private and multilateral finance for climate-resilient infrastructure. It is intended to inform FCDO and development partners designing future programmes to support partner governments attract investment in low-carbon, resilient and inclusive infrastructure.
